will be in the hands of other people. |
Our
server is located in Dallas, Texas and is security protected
by 132-bit encryption. The entire data of the Client Company
is back up to another location in California to avoid any
chances of loss of data in case of natural disaster, fire
etc. Our California Server access is restricted via Secure
Socket Layer (https://), using 128-bit encryption to send
and receive your files. Once at data storage, your data is
as safe as money in your bank. Your files are stored in IBM
and Network Appliance storage boxes. For data backup, daily
“snapshots” are taken of all of the stored data.

data ever leave USA territory to your offshore location? |
As
I said, your data remains in US and our consultants at offshore
office are provided the access through 132 bit encryption
by using authenticated ID and password.

Yes,
we do. If we don’t deliver what we agreed on at the
beginning, simply let us know and we will terminate the contract
without any question. Your trial period of 30 days will be

you can. There is no penalty or charges. We will gladly let
your decision take its course. The only thing that we require

clients’ data is yours to keep and we will happily send
it over to you either through CD or file transfer through
